Hi Tony,
You are correct in your answer and I was too quick to give a short answer
and go. Some crystals do tell what frequency they are cut to or for but this is not
always the case.
Buying a crystal for channel 32 ,for example, doesn't tell enough to swap crystals.
It depends on

Oh thats nice. lets see 111 for a hitec servo, or 65 bucks for a JR servo.
My pocket can hardly afford the JR's
what next a servo for 200 bucks?

Hi Tony,
I agree with you. No one today would use an AM receiver for our hobby.
Interference on an AM radio is present along with the desired signal and nothing
takes it out. Welding near by can put out a whole spectrum of noise and this can blank
out your receiver
Also transformers and caps. on
Mark,
The suggested price for the JR is about the same. Just that nobody sells
for MSRP
Note that I am selling them for (2) for $138. They will fit in thin wings
where the JR will not.

Launched my new Sapphire (less than 2 hrs. flt time) into a 10-12 knot

apex of the launch, maybe a little hard on the pedal.Anyway I dropped the

I've had a similar experience--I placed a small order a few months
ago
I just got some of these amazing servos in.
Hitec finally came up with something that compares with anything out
there. They are .4" thin, so will fit just about any wing.
List is $111 each (which is ridiculous). I
can sell them in pairs for $138 per set.
