It appears I missed another step. :) The blog post has been updated
Let’s Encrypt
certificates into place for Apache/httpd and jabberd.
Without this step, your Spacewalk bits will stop working, even after a
successful certbot renew timer fire.

packages it has already synced, so the next time that channel syncs, it’ll just
relink all the packages that are already on your Spacewalk server.

So, assuming you follow our docs completely and recreated the RPMs and then
installed them as directed on your Spacewalk server, you would have updated the
server.pem for jabberd as well.

pgsql before starting the Spacewalk services.
I keep meaning to either log an issue or fix this, but I always seem to have
