Fixing this would be great. I've been manually inserting the
ASAPRatio analysis_summary tag into the pep.xml file generated by
iProphet before running ProteinProphet, as was suggested in a previous
discussion thread. That seems to work OK and ProteinProphet does
calculate protein-level ASAPRatio

displays "error" when I try to look at the protein-level ASAP results
from a prot.xml file generated from an iProphet pep.xml. I can look
