That is what we are doing. The AHJ told the GC that antifreeze is much
cheaper. I basically told them if they want antifreeze, give the contract
to someone else, I won't put it in a residential use.

The problem with not filling an AF system completely is that the air will leak
out and be replaced by water from the supply, diluting the mix at the service
entrance, which then eventually dissipates and brings the original protection
