Hi, I'm replying to your post #32. I do not know if this may be of any
help, but in the past I managed to install the packages

Yes if they keep using the same way of number. it will even go up to
9.9.9.
But also made a escape, if something should change.

I have the problem that I cannot listen to the radio station KBC Radio
1602 on my Squeezeboxes any more.
An error message shows up when selecting the station: "found no items in
playlist" (message on my Squeezebox Radio and Touch), and "no useable
stream" on my Android app. Squeeze Control.

The issue is with Tune-in.
The underlying URL is still playable.

There should be a directory called Download.
in a ssh shell do [ cd /share/*/], and [ ls ]
Then it must show a directory Download.
Which QTS version and Qnap nas systemen do you use ?
Workaround is not present,
in a ssh shell do [ cd /share/*/] and [ mkdir -p -m 0775 Download/ ]
But still

Having tested various newer versions of iTunes, anything higher than
12.0.1 always fails to rescan in LMS
What LMS version are you using? I did add some code to 7.9.x a while
back to improve compatibility.

Hi!
After the 1.03-update my Squeezebox Radios cant find the Logitech Media
Server anymore. My Boom works, and my Duets are working. But none of the
Radios.
Cant find any clues in the LMS log files. Any tips - or any thing I can
do to help in debugging this?
Has anyone else experienced this?
Keep in mind, v1.03 is still a beta version.
Which version do you have installed ?
Latest is v1.03.3beta
The latest stable version is V1.02

This might be a more generic problem.
I don't have any graphical metadata with any internet radio stream for
which I enter an URL directly or use mysqueezebox.com.
Only when using commercial datacollector TuneIn it seems to work.
However: apparently, it did seem to have been working in the past

And no the /share directory in the root, is the directory where all the
important directory can be found.
So maybe there

Question is now if there is a possibility that the SBT is only pointed
to the folder on my NAS where my daughter´s music is located?
That's the exact use case for the Library Views plugin in 7.9. Create
views on your overall collection. I do have a "Kids" menu with only
music tagged for kids.

This version should fix disable error from Qnap appstore, and on new
installation will install LMS !.
All older beta V1.03 are removed !
Tested it on my own Qnap ts-453a !

Dear all,
I want to set up my SBT in my daughter´s room.
Question is now if there is a possibility that the SBT is only pointed
to the folder on my NAS where my daughter´s music is located?
I organized the folders on my NAS like this:
- Volume1
--Music
---Flac
Artists
-Album
On the library and XML file from this version, it seems the iTunes LMS
plugin did work. However, my playlists took a lot longer to import -
with iTunes 12.0.1, a 'clear all and rescan' takes about 4.5 hours in
total; scanning iTunes 12.3.0 took 7.5.
If you check Settings/Information you would

Hi Michael. Yes it's 7.9 on the Diskstation. I've tested further with
different iTunes versions. Not all are on the Apple website, but I
sourced a copy of 12.3.0 from an unofficial online repository and tested
last night, having not tested before.
On the library and XML file from this version,

On my system the wrong (here: RSS) logo is used when a radio station is
added in "Playing Now". If added browsing the search results, the
station's logo is used.

Now it's a draw between "it works" and "it doesn't". Maybe just a
regional hiccup?

For some reason Tune in search is not returning the URL from my location
(IRL) - Web or LMS. I'm guessing a Dutch station wants to do simple geo
locking but underlyign URL is playablein my

An option to disable major updates could come handy. I think of plugins
becoming unusable because of an "accidental" major update. But if you
Already possible, in the .QLMS.conf file you can disable it !
Have a look, you can even controle al the options for the startup of
LMS.
For example i use noupnp, nodebuglog, noinfo, noimage, novideo and
nobrowsecache.

Ok, if I want the latest nightly of 7.9.1 but not
I was think about youe installation trouble.
And remember was running in to the same trouble a few months ago.
I my case the trouble was gzip from optware.
So are you running a optware/entware or something like that.
If so disable it before installing QLogitechMediaServer.
The optware/entware

Thanks! This stream works! :D:D I am only missing the station artwork...
The most important is that I can keep on listening to this station which
is one of my favourites.

Thanks for the replies so far. LMS Scans two seperate directories of
miscellaneous music on the NAS, and also uses the iTunes plugin to scan
my main iTunes library contained in a third directory. iTunes library
has around 21,000 tracks and 420 playlists. Miscellaneous music is
around 8,000 tracks

Except for radio paradise stations never provide the graphic information
in normal "http" streams - only Tune-in did.

INcidentally, my DS-213air has just 256MB of RAM, so guess there's no
point upping the Database Memory Config setting from 'Normal', as this
only has options for above 1GB and above 2GB. Is it likely to have any
impact upping this with only 256?
