I wouldn't go back to 6.1 if I were you. Just de-install 0013 and
activate the beta channel in Package Center and install the official
Synology 7.9.1 beta. If this also fails, contact Synology.

If i look in the CPAN/arch/5.24/ directory miss the directory
i386-linux-thread-multi.

You should probably use a better title for this thread, as it didn't
really tell what your problem is about. It's about Spotty, isn't it? It
only caught my attention because it showed up in the moderator's list
(for whatever reason...).
