The frame buffer is set to 1024x600. and with 640x480 skin, height is a bit higher but still a bit of waste space above image. What is over scan and can I reduce it at all. I do backup and reboot, after saving any alterations to the card.

I have set frame buffer size to 1024 x 600, saved it. Chosen grid screen 1024 x 600 and saved and rebooted pCP. There is still a 1cm black band at top and bottom of screen (8cm height) How could I expand into this space. Any ideas.
