My players' playlists keep being displayed as empty. Did you change
something regarding permissions?

It looks as if the files are written (as it should be) in
file:///share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer/SlimServer/prefs/clientplaylist_00aabbccddeeff.m3u
but cannot be read again. This worked in 2.04.
Old client playlists had "everyone" as a group, recently created have
"squeezeboxserver".
That's also true for "normal" playlists:
I just created a playlist, it got these properties:
Group: squeezeboxserver
Owner: squeezeboxserver
Octal: 0660
My old playlists have:
Group: everyone
Owner: squeezeboxserver
Octal: 0777
