Yes, but even better. On any computer on your local network,

ideas?
This is an "old" topic. Please check discussions about running LMS on
Catalina.
Long story short: you'll need to give Perl full disk access.

Thanks for the quick responses. I tried to register for the vortexbox

You might consider getting an rPi, installing piCorePlayer, and
attaching a USB drive with your files to the rPi. This will run LMS 8.0

Or will it become

For a couple of days this cleared up on its own. Now it's back. I
uninstalled and reinstalled the TIDAL plug-in in LMS. I uninstalled and

With LMS running you could try power cycling the receiver. I believe it
then does a little broadcast saying something like "Hey, is there an LMS
out there to connect to", but not really sure how that part works.

Hi, I have just tried to upgrade LMS from 7.9.1 to 7.9.2. I was able to
run the installation onb my NAS, but I couldn't see the server on
http://192.168.87.142:9000/ after the installation. Tried upgrading to
7.9.3 and 7.9.4 but with the same result.
Does anyone know what could be the issue

I've had a Squeezebox Radio for several years but it will not stay

The 9000 isn't currently in use, I can switch to it in LMS no problem.
Also, I'm certain that surveillance station isn't running on my NAS. I
can use 9002 if need be, but I'd rather stick with the LMS default.
Apart from that, it feels like a bug that LMS resets the port from 9000

It may do, but for full LMS functionality, LMS depends on a number of
libraries such as IO::Socket:SSL usually to be about 2.06 or higher and
OpenSSL to be version at least 1.1
Also https handling within LMS has a
