Correct, this only works for Radio and Touch.
For anyone with a Boom, SB3, Transporter, one must either have the prior

players from MySB.com accounts so possibly can reset password. Worth a

Trying to troubleshoot another problem, I ran into another password. I
got a password reset for mysqueezebox.com and then went to change a
password to one I will remember. My change would not take. After
entering my old password and my new password twice and hitting save the
three boxes go

There is nothing in spam. The email address provided is correct, I have
a return email received after registration, and now nothing .
silence, no one is answering, I can not reset my password because I do
not receive any temporary password by email.

I did get the factory reset to work last night, not as Toby described
but through the menu option. This time it worked as Toby described it.
I agree though, Logitech should sort this out.
