Hello Bob, I totally agree, it's a great product! But the support for it within Sun on marketing, sales and technical issues is way to limited. Even the people I talk to within our local Sun channels agree on this. The sales people have no sunray targets at all, so they are not even interested

I think, you are lucky then. I am running only 8 and have another 10+ waiting for installation. (More positions are possible) I get the problem more than once a week This problem is keeping me from installing more. I'm running a trading floor, so messing w/ the keyboards is not a viable option.

I have 1500+ Sun Rays Deployed, I see this about once a month, the Sun Ray will loose keyboard and mouse control. What I do is simply change usb ports and it everything works. It does not matter what version of SRSS that you are running. I have seen this problem with all types of keyboards. Like
