I have 1500+ Sun Rays Deployed, I see this about once a month, the Sun Ray will loose keyboard and mouse control. What I do is simply change usb ports and it everything works. It does not matter what version of SRSS that you are running. I have seen this problem with all types of keyboards. Like I said though, out of 1500 Sun Rays its pretty rare.
