Hi Scott, I chose a different number of sectors, because I wanted more than a 1GB partition for pfsense. If that is what causes the problem, okay, I can boot the CD again and just press enter the whole way and see what happens. I can tell you that the HD is a 120GB drive, and that previously

Okay, I figured it out. Its my problem: I didn't comprehend the FreeBSD partitioning requirements. I was trying to create one 10GB partition, and thats it. However, the installer would complain saying that my partition is not using the entire disk, and would I like to adjust the partition size

We have ALIASES which give somewhat the same functionality. I have a alias import wizard in 1.01. With that said, there are no plans for custom tables in 1.0. Scott On 11/27/05, Forrest Aldrich [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Will there be support for custom tables in PFSense... sometime?

Do you not think support for custom tables would be useful? I think it would - especially in the enterprise where you want to selectively block and or do things that require (or benefit from) table based entries. Scott Ullrich wrote: We have ALIASES which give somewhat the same

Well, our aliases do something similar now. You can add an alias then add multiple ip's, ports or network cidr entries. Is this what you have in mind? On 11/27/05, Forrest Aldrich [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Do you not think support for custom tables would be useful? I think it would -

I wonder if there might be a PHP class out there that will deal with PF interaction. That seems to be a reasonable approach. Though, I must concede that I'm not much of a programmer. If PFSense could allow tables to be created, say, in different files - it could load them into a web-based
