As I see it, the correct way to use roaming profiles on Windows is to
have the settings in %APPDATA% and the data in the homeDirectory. This
way, the settings roam with the user, the user connects to their data at
each logon, but the data is not replicated. In the context of backup,
the
SeaMonkey 1.1.18 on Windows 95 gives an error about PSM failing to
initialise on HTTPS web pages. SomeGuy on mozillaZine did more testing:

Yes ...
The only problem I notice with Sysytem Restore is That It Does not
Restore MY DOCUMENTS directory . At least this is my experience .My
documents comes Back as an Empty
I deleted every folder and file connected with SeaMonkey. I want to see
if I can shut down and then bring up SM again. If this works, I can
copy certain folders/files from my old computer into my new profile so I
can at least recover bookmarks, address book, E-mails.

Isome web pages (college sites) do not bring up a new tab when
one clicks on a link.
Right clicking the link does not give the option for a new tab either.
Is there a way to FORCE a new tab to form when clicking on a link that
normally just changes the tab one is in ?
