How do I backup my SeaMonkey now ?

I thought I saw a "Backup SeaMonkey" option when I was looking thru the menu bar, but I cannot now find that. How do I backup this SM 2.46 before something goes TU ? To Thumb Drive ? How big is the complete backup (file) if I do that ? DoctorBill -- If you are Russian going into the Bathroom

Duplicate Mail Account (?)

Somehow one of my mail accounts got duplicated - it show up twice. When I go to examine it, it says it is a "Special Account" with no identities associated with it. The "Remove Account" option is greyed out in the "Name" column (left side). Can I safely remove that "Special Account" - How ?
