Maybe try to install SM1.1.18 again over the old SM1.1.x to make sure it's properly registered. After that install SM2 to a new folder and have a look if the migration succeeds. If everything fails again I would suggest that you re-create your mail-accounts in SM2 completely then close SM2 and copy
