I'm also on Win7 still, but I have not encountered any issue with
playing Youtube videos. All fine, beside of too high memory consumption.
Did you try it with a new Seamonkey profile? Maybe a former add-on has
confused settings. Also, check whether an ad-blocker is enabled and
maybe blocking

Voting or subscribing actually doesn't work, althrough it appears it
does. Just subscribe and give thumbs up to video or comment, refresh
and your actions are gone. Also if you open developer tools and
watch XHR requests your actions will end up with 401 (unauthorized).

onwards we get window.customElements is undefined - and the whole page is
