Sorry but after reinstalling yet again it still does not work. It installs perfectly, then when I go to run it, nothing happens. The mouse flashes briefly as an hour-glass and the program never opens. There was some mention of SeaMonkey not agreeing with some ATI video drivers, but I'm using a Mat

No sorry it didn't. There is no start button, so running that command has to be done through CMD.exe. It unfortunately still does not work.
