I remember in the late 80s/early 90s when I was at Citi we would slip
one of the travelling managers a $20 and told them to bring us back a
case, that was when Coors had it's mistique---now it tastes quite
different.

As we know, beer is all about the water it's made from. Has anyone tried
a real Irish Guinness and in turn an American Guinness?
There's a brewery up in CT that has a contract to brew many European
beers/lagers/stouts and frankly they all taste the same.

wells with significant limestone content. I suspect in Pottsville --
not too far from Allentown or Kulp-er, Plymouth Meeting -- it's the
same phenomenon.
Florida water, by comparison, is comparatively soft.

But the vital question most germane to this group is: Which brew most
significantly improves the radio experience?

As far as I know the products / recipes are identical - have you
compared side-by-side?
Perhaps next March you can stash a Tampa-brewed 6-pack in your luggage
and we can do some side-by-side comparisons. Nothing like field
research, I say!

Dang, I just drove all the way to Lewisburg, PA last weekend to pick up
a case and bring it back to the Buckeye State.

I guess I shouldn't complain about the Yuengling we get here-it was a
long wait to get it to Georgia!
(I was in Jacksonville, FL about 2 months ago, it tastes worse down
there!!)
