Hi Neville,
Just a brief reply to your message about navigation of the ribbon.
Personally, very often, I can't even begin a navigation of the ribbon using
those one, two, three keystroke strings which Marc or others have
recommended.
So, what I do is use Alt, which calls up the ribbon, use arrow l
Hi Nick,
I use Microsoft Security Essential, which works well with WE9.1.
Some programs are not setup to maximize the window.

Hi, Nick.
Regarding the maximizing issue you're having, it is likely that the
window you're trying to maximize is already maximized, which is why it's
being reported as being disabled. I can see where that would get
confusing ...

This question was posed earlier, but with the frenzy of activity, it may have

which also works well with Window-eyes? And unrelated, I’m trying to maximize,

OK, I have complained about how 9.1 doesn't work on Youtube. Just
posted a message about it in fact.
So, what did I do? After posting my last post, about Youtube, I
decided to take an I.E 11 trip to Youtube. Spent over 90 minutes
looking up stuff, listening to it, looking up other stuff, and

Hi Dave,
If you go to the Webinars page:
http://www.gwmicro.com/Training/Webinar_Training/
there is a two-part series on Outlook 2013, and the last part of part two
has a demo of managing contacts.
Just do a text search for the word "Outlook" to find these two webinars.

Hi. I can't get window-eyes to read any contacts in outlook 2010. It just
says, contact read, and no information. I can't get a list of the contacts
that I have. When I type a search, outlook keeps saying my search yielded no
results, I have 1300 some contacts in that address book. I also can't get

I agree with Jim that you never never never never never ever! want to change
the permissions yourself by hand manually.
Let's get something very clear! I never once said for him to go dabbling

Thanks Jim. That is also what I do most of the time, including the hot

It has the "standard" NumPad on the far right and those are the mouse keys I
