Hi. Anyone else getting the start menu, particularly the search box, without
speech in win10? I can see things on my braille display if I type in a
keyword and then arrow down, but don't have any speech. Using 9.3 of

Dear Matthew,
have you tried m.facebook.com on your computer? For some reason it seems
to be more easily accessible, although it is not perfect.

This has been happening to me too. Does Aisquared know about this? Do they

Is there a more direct way of reporting bugs to them?

Yes, yes yes! This has not happened until I upgraded to 9.3, but it
doesn't happen with all sites, I don't think. I know that it happens with
one sight: www.rollye.net, when I go into the downloads section, and I want
to download one of her shows. I can't even get window eyes to start up
I have had the same issue with downloads. Although per a suggestion I had,
if I turn off my braille display in WE all works.

One example of this kind of link is found at

Can anyone tell me how to do this using keyboard commands? I need to do a

Hi. Are you sure that FF isn't opening a new tab when you hit this
link? If it seems like it's doing nothing use ctrl-tab to see if there's
an additional tab open. I actually have FF set to immediately open new
tabs if they are created. This is not FF's default behavior.

Greetings,
We have heard reports of this problem but have yet to replicate it in-house. A
couple of things to try:
1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Manage Add-Ons, and disable any you
don't need.
2. Also in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Options, select the advanced tab,
and reset
I have been going to call them about this and about my other problems, but I
haven't, yet. Pam.
