The Microsoft license modification isn't necessary, it was only necessary for
8.4.
You need to have office installed and run it once and sign into the account.
Restarting Window-eyes after that should bring it out of demo mode.

as files do not properly close.

a client of mine. Here's how we fixed it. I opened up Microsoft word on her
computer. Window-Eyes told us to sign into her office 365 acount. So we
signed into her office 365 acount. Once we did that, Window-Eyes was

I would try to go to the control panel, the apps menu, diagnostics,
and repair office (not sure of exact wording) and see if that works.

should give her a fully functioning version of the programme. However, it
will only run in Demo mode. Is there a way to correct this short of
