Funny thing, this discussion came up this morning. Last night, I was trying to smoothen certain issues with an add-on, under Firefox 55. I did a number of searches on the net, hoping to trace some kind of a solution for my issue. Yet what I found, was not exactly uplifting. Developing team of

Hi Brice, I checked the box to disable updating to the current version from 55 to 56, but it updated anyway. Be that as it may, I'm finding no negative accessibility issues running Window-Eyes 9.5.4 under Windows 10 and the current 32-bit version of Firefox. Granted, I'm only googling right

BJ, Thanks anyhow. I think it's time to learn Jaws. I'd tell you how to stop FX from updating, but it's different than in latest version. But if I remember correctly, tool to option, advance tab and I think you tab once and arrow down to updates. HTH On 10/1/2017 8:47 AM, bj colt via Talk

Press the Windows key to open the cortana search box and type "default." Default app settings should come up. Tab through the various buttons to Web browser, press spacebar, then tab to the browser button you want and press spacebar on it. This is a global change. I'm not aware of a way to

With Window-Eyes you can use Firefox up through version 55.03, but not 56.0. NVDA and JAWS should work fine with these newer Firefox versions. I don't know whether it would be productive to put a bug report into the Firefox bug reporting system about Window-Eyes support or not. Lloyd
