Weathermate, does anybody know how to get it to work?

Sorry folks, but not having access to my instant weather report is really beginning to drive me a little nuts. So I download and install this little program, hoping that it will bring me some joy, and I can't either get it to speak, or even give me any indication that it has made contact

Problem with WE and Word 2010

A few days back I wrote about a problem with Word 2010 where WE would not read a document withe arrow keys or even the mouse pointer. I was told to run Diagnostics, repair the Windows 10 display driver and reboot. After doing this twice the problem persists. Needless to say I'm now stumped.
