Using W10 64 bit, latest WE and Chrome. Also an AMD system.
Each time an attempt is made to type in a web site into Chrome, WE goes
silent. This happens even before the entire address can be typed in. A
number of sites have been attemptted but all seem to fail in a similar

This is a good thing to do as it helps the user understand the link's

i don't want to install it. i am trying to download the actual file to my
download directory. who knows how long the site will continue to have this file
on there web page.
all the link does is install it to firefox.
useing the context menu and save target as doesn't work for me. it

nope. all you can do with this is install it. it will not download. the context
menu/save link as doesn't work either. with an error that it could not
download.

indication that any text is being displayed. When I arrow up or down I
only hear top and bottom. I never try scanning an already readable

Also, if you're sure it isn't a scanned image, you'd probably be best reading
it in Adobe reader or QRead that can read pdf files that are already accessible.

There might not be anything you can do to solve this issue on your end. Sounds
like you are performing the correct steps. I would recommend sending the file
to support so they can investigate this issue further.

Sorry, I neglected to mention that the file cannot be read using the
Adobe Reader, otherwise I wouldn't have felt the need to try using VV to
