Hi there!
Well as I stated in an earlier message, I talked to someone there and
they told me they were still selling SMAs and that was just a week and a
half ago. Don't think they stopped selling them between then and
now. Give them a call at, (260) 489-3671 and follow the prompts
I'm also hoping that Window-eyes will be able to support the soon to be
released Windows 10 creative update?

I totally understand your frustration. I've been a gwmicro customer since
2007 and they've been great as far as I'm concerned. GWMicro was never an
option for us blind people in my school days. It was always JAWS this and
JAWS that. That's one of the key reasons why I think Window-Eyes is in
NVDA is no where as good as WE or jaws.

The Packmate was from Freedom Scientific,
I had to call tech support this morning because the certificate fix update
took out zt fusion on my laptop. I asked if any of the multiple
features/fixes were still gonna happen. Tech support dude said it's still
being actively developed. I don't exactly believe him but that's what he
said.
The Packmate was from Freedom Scientific, not from GW Micro. Pam.

However: wil we get significant upgrades which have ben paid for in advance?
There is a backlog of user requests for fixes, which had credibility when key
personnel were contactable. The SMA in my mind supported good customer
loyalty, and respect from within to customers who provided feeddback.
I agree but you'll never convince some.
