I have to be 100 percent honest, having just installed we 9.3, this is by
far the slowest version of we i have ever used. To say it's slow

windows key by itself and then alt-m to move to the desktop several times

not having that issue. Am using windows 7, office 2013. R u using 32 or 64
bit?
