In quel caso si avrebbe un edificio
Devi fare una relazione.
Disegni il bordo esterno e il bordo interno, poi selezioni entrambe e
Strumenti-Crea Multipoligono.
Dopodichè modifichi la relazione ottenuta attribuendo il ruolo outer al
bordo e inner ai 'buchi' :)

Per capirci ho fatto un primo quadrato, e messo il tag building.
Creato il secondo, ho premuto il tasto CTRL sul primo e mi è apparso un
tasto MERGE.
Ho cliccato mi è apparso il multipoligono con la relazione :D

.osm.pbf fil som datakilde. der findes vist nok et plugin til geomedia der
gør at man kan anvende en postgis database som datakilde.
