Creo que la opción de 2 nodos es más correcta, porque son 2 instalaciones. Por otro lado, tampoco me parece mal lo que propone Alejandro, pues creo que un usuario que quiera encontrar bolsas posiblemente buscará vending=excrement_bags (sin amenity=vending_machine) y otro que quiera las papeleras
