(also tried installing to the default-directoy, no effect), nor does it show up in TBPlugin.ini. Bayesit however loads perfectly. I even have deleted the tbplugin.ini file, bayesit continues to load after a restart of TB!. It can't be a permission-problem on the TBPlugin.ini-file since it is on a fat32-partition (it's also not read-only). Further, I did some testing with the 'mygaterunner'-plugin and it too loads fine without the 'TBPlugin.ini' -file (or with an empty one). IMHO the 'TBPlugin.ini' file isn't used anymore, but I don't know what does account for the loading of plugins. The Bat! - bug report // sound problem
Hello The Bat! developers, I'm using The Bat! Version 1.42 Beta/6 Serial Number UNREG / CD5BF9353B3B7091 under Windows 98 4.10 Build A and would like to report a bug The bug description: if you have multiple soundcards, TB! can only use 1 sound-card to play a sound when mail arrives... it doesn't use the default windows-soundcard if that is changed to the other card... Steps to reproduce the bug: - install 2 soundcards :-) - install TB! set sound - change default card in the control-panel\multimedia properties to the second soundcard disable wav-output on the first - TB! still uses the first card... thus plays no sound... bug report: compressing folders doesn't work at all
Hello Everybody, I just found out that the 'compress folder' doesn't work at all: when you open up the message-base in an editor, you'll still see all the old messages inside... \\\|/// / ~ _ \ (- O o -) --oOOo-(_)-oOOo--- Hello Thomas, TF I have given up archiving - too many mails I in practice never read TF again. I have set up automatic deletion after 90/75/60/30/15 days, TF depending on the folder (TBBETA is on 30 days, because no beta seems TF to be alive longer). So, how about people who automatically delete TF emails in order to save disk space - as opposed to people who never TF delete them, because they receive only about 100 per year. maybe you can add: "you don't archive mails cause your hd's choke on the volume?" which should be 9 points in my view :-) -- Der Immer Jodelende Schweizer In Lederhosen Roelmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] You're too drunk when...
