had problems setting up NAV with TB! Nothing worked until I
removed NAV from the hard drive and then reinstalled it. It now works
OK, although NAV greatly slows down downloading messages.

1) My BatMail directory is 4.75GB
2) My BatMail directory is located in my My Documents directory
(this is where I put everything that gets backed-up).
3) My BatMail is set up for 16 different email accounts.

I was very happy to see the new version 1.53bis, but installing it has
been a small disaster. I believe I had the most recent previous
version of The Bat and so I overwrote that.
FTP and HTTP version downloads both give the same
