With previous versions, when redirecting an email, i could just select
attachements and push the delete key to remove those attach, allowing me to
redirect to a ticketing system the text only part of an email, without the
html/pictures versions...

Store your attachments externally, and use either Windows' Find
function, or get Zoot www.zootsoftware.com and search with its Agent
X.
I don't know if it will pick up PDF files, but I wouldn't assume it
would not; you'd have to test it.
