Great Point Birthe I will try to add that to my video as I find TW much
faster most of the time then other programs.
Having a fuzzy button or pulldown to rely on only makes me duller

I do not only think you are right, I remember my own very first steps into
TiddlyWiki. I had a guide to help me out, but denied to do anything if

for them
I would love to add a list of TW5 Different Usage cases at the end of my
Level 1 tutorial.
Something like
TW5 GTD - Go to this site
TW5 Recipe - Go to this site
I need to add Dave Gifford's to my tutorial, sorr
Hi Danielo
I agree with you. Videos are not the best for me either.
I am loosing a lot of the given information due to my lack of language
skills.
I do learn a lot from this group trying out examples. I love to see other
peoples TiddlyWikies. A TW for a purpose and explanation of how it was all
We all learn different.
I probably wouldn't have ever learned Contact Juggling from a book.
It took me seeing a lesson in person 3 times, not 2 and definitely not 1.
Now I can do that stuff so I get learnzin' different ways, oh and yes
mangling the engliz language is a hobby.

I have to disagree with Tobias. I don't like videos because it's harder to jump
to what you want, you can't do a fast view through and it's easy to go passive
and lose focus. And are not portable!

Thanks Tobias I will switch the images to a better format like PNG and work
on a video as I agree walkthroughs are not as good.
I am trying to get something that computer novices can latch onto and a
'Create Your Own Adventure' is fun and interactive.
Thanks Dave I will be heavily checking out y
Here is the other one I did. More similar to what you are looking for than

Hi Rich,
I think concise videos can and will show in a much more intuitive way
what a screenshot based walkthrough can never hold a candle to.
Also, try not to use jpg for screenshots => very ugly artefacts.
Best wishes, Tobias.

Created a TW5 as a start to a Video on Learning TiddlyWiki 5.
This is a generic Level One TiddlyWiki
http://www.richshumaker.com/tw5/TW-Learning-Level1.htm
Check it out, I designed it as a Follow these Steps to start.
I want it to become a Choose your Own Adventure at some point.
