theme. Info can be found on his space [1].
An includeable theme can be found in its own space [2].
Since TW5 themes are totally different to TWc themes. Read the docs ;)

If you drag an image file from you file browser to your TW in the browser,
it should automagically do what you want.
If you edit the tiddler and change the type form image/jpg to
text/plain you'll see that your image is text encoded and it is part of
you TW.
