Time and date .com to name one is very good for this if the issue is
international time zones. This also works well in Exchange/outlook because
it can have access to the details in everyone's calendar. Unless you have
connectors or people share their calendar some aspects of this are not so

a Google Form with all submitted content going to a Google Sheet, and then
very easy to see what days/times work for the most folk. That's just an
