You found the problem PMario, it seems there is a bug with saving TW in a folder named with "special caracters", in my case if I rename the folder /home/renaud/Telechargements/ instead of /home/renaud/Téléchargements/ (which the default Downloads folder on this system), or if a put the TW file

Renaud, Timimi works for me and I am using it now. - Using Timimi you can store your tiddlywiki.html file anywhere and if firefox is the default browser double click will open it and you can save it where it is. - If you are opening it at a URL rather than File location you may be
