Do you mean that the Xorg module from the EL6 x86_64 RPMs from the nightly
build page does not load? I have not tested the Xorg module myself... If
it's because the build was created with a newer version of Xorg, then you
might simply be able to rebuild the source RPM.

I have been trying to rebuild using the tigervnc source RPM with the
xorg-x11-server-source RPM also installed.
I am following the instructions from the BUILDING.txt file, but I continue
to get the following error

Can you clarify which RPM you are referring to? The nightly page has
pre-built el6 RPMs and SRPM for the latest pre-release. Have you tried
those yet?
