I think that a new antenna/filter/amplifier unit would be ok. But the
problem is the installed base of receivers, including all those
costly units used for geodesy or navigation, that have embedded
antennas. Those will be hard to modify.

A bent handle may happen; if the transit damage can't be demonstrated
we would have sent a new handle for free - less expensive than

Do it after a few hours of warm up, then check it for a week and zero again.
It will stay in the usual +/- 1E-11 per day.
If it has the EFC option, may be that the external voltage was used to correct
the drift, so it may have had even a smaller drift over it's life.
