The servlet error page specified in the deployment descriptor is a global error
handler, whereas the error page specified in a jsp page directive

when an uncaught exception occurs. The request parameter,
javax.servlet.error.status_code, is not set, so if the

to openjce.org and try it with a debugger,
they seem to have a clean room impl. with source code. Looking at
their Cipher.java, I couldn't find anything related with jar signing - or

This bug can be reproduced when the browser's accepted
language is not represented in the ISO-8859-1 character set.
The fix sets the requested locale at the server's response,
and uses a Writer in order to convert to the proper character set.

changes to Tomcat 3.3 that were made to Handler.java,

Without breaking the existing JSP 1.1 implementation, the existing
catch(Exception) block in _jspService() can be modified
Where are you getting your "socket exception"? We're seeing the PoolTcpEndpoint stop
handling requests from IIS and apache. Port 8007 is still listening (netstat) but
telneting to the port results in an error (we're guessing that the backlog on the
connection is full). We're not s
