Recently I am getting constant interruptions in playback when I listen
to the Sirius app. The message that comes up is "You are no longer
authorized to listen." I hit the Play button again and it starts up.
How can I avoid these interruptions? It's not my account...using the

HI all,
Installed the Mod2.0 last night, I have to increase the buffer to 4800
to totally eliminate the pop.
The 2.0 is much more easy to install even though I'm new to linux.
The big step improvement over the 1.0, I hear better bass definition &
clearer high.
Highly recommended.
Thanks & app

Mnyb, thanks for quick response. Can only input IP without port and does
not work. Cannot find 'firewall' settings on QNAP. Is it 'Network Access

Hello Klaus!
thank you for making the mods available!
Just wanted to share my experience with the Alsa buffer-setting: Had to
change the suggested 3600us to 8000us (I'm not sure about 7000us, but
6000us definitely did not work in my setup).
Does this probably have to do with the fact, that I'
Try without the port number 192.168.1.75 you should in fact not include
a port number here, btw 9001 it's only the web-UI .
The server should be discovered anyway ? if it is coneted to mysb.com
what happens if you choose "my music"

Hi all,
I've been testing the mods since sunday and they are very impressive.
More clean sound and treble extension (which I cannot explain). 24/96
works with no problems at all.
The wifi has significant negative impact. My suggestion is to use two
routers in bridge mode. I use two airport extr

Nice work on these mods! Music gets even more relaxed with them flipped

It's probably the Linux Alsa USB driver. It is really old. And might
cause problems with asynchronous DACs.
If I recall it correctly John Svensson handed in a patched driver
quite some time ago. I'm not sure if it never made it into the
firmware.
Let see if it ever will, respectively if Logite

Thank you all for suggestions - will test.
But can it be as simple as this...? My friend says he rebooted the
Touch and when he controls the music from the Touch, almost no
stuttering/ buffering - on wireless.
But when he controls it from the iPad application (Sqeezepad), then the
problem starts

Klaus,
Very big thank you for making these mods open to us all.
I found your instructions just fine, although i'm probably a little
more tech savy with this kind of things than a lot of people here.
What I didn't expect was quite how big the impact your changes have
had. I played around with s
