What is your setup ? What type of server / OS /processor memory ? What version of LMS ? etc. Can you play "normal" high data rate (around 320kb) MP3 or AAC streams without rebuffering ? Is the problem limited to Spotify Premium and Radio Paradise ?

If the OP is using TinyLMS (and not an externa LMS) which is the inbuilt LMS of a Touch - then the problem is most likely the underpowered and memory deficient Touch system. IIRC TinyLMS struggles on the Touch as it is only capable of handling relatively small libraries and trying to do
