The "snap auto-import" command is only needed on Ubuntu Core systems, so
the plan is to remove the /lib/udev/rules.d/66-snapd-autoimport.rules

An update to the comment above. We have found out a sequence of commands
that seems to reproduce the issue reliably: in the spread session
started by the command from the comment above, if you type this:

Whenever I try to access a host in my lan, host resolution takes 15s
(tried timing "ping -c 1" and "nslookup"
a "dig " query is immediate, but a "dig " also takes
15s.
It seems it's trying 3 times, each with a 5s timeout before failing.

Indeed disabling sysrq seems to fix the problem, but this has worked for
donkey's ages so what exactly changed?

The packages in bionic-proposed work well here, on my Lenovo Yoga Pro 2
with my Yamaha SRT-1000 soundbar.
Sound quality is really good using A2DP, and the audio never goes out of
sync when I watch videos, and it doesn't break up when I listen to
music.
I'm also attaching the output of "apt-cache

As a side note, I've been running the code for days, using my Yamaha
SRT-1000 (a bluetooth soundbar) with my laptop, and I have yet to see
the audio go out of sync, or crackle (which were quite frequent before
the changes).
Please approve pulseaudio 11.1-1ubuntu7.1 in bionic-proposed.
