intended behaviour that due to the conffile prompt unattended-upgrades
is supposed to fail and requires user intervention to answer the prompt.

Problem persists (alarm not waking phone) after updating to latest clock
app. Typically the problem occurs 1 or 2 days after a reset and always
comes back. My device has a bare minimum of apps installed and I don't
use any scopes, aside from the main home screen. Bluetooth and GPS
permanently off.

@krdondon: It has passed some time since you reported this issue. Is it
still present on a newly installed 16.10 or a fully updated 16.10. If
you are still on the Alpha installation, you can make sure the system is
fully updated via these commands:
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade

Maybe we should ask Firefox devs what they mean by that? net/arp
contains rather sensitive info...

Immediately after the reboot, the graph login page worked at 640x480. Using

Hans, note that this bug was opened before systemd was used as a system
init.
A quick skim of this bug's history suggests that it's been polluted
beyond use.
