Tony, Thanks for your reply.. I will try the solutions. I am using AIX 4.3/Unix. Wade. = It sounds like you may need to resotore your DEVICE file from your original system. Another file I always backup before an upgrade is the UV.ACCOUNT file. Both files exist in the UV directory.

I have upgraded mu UV release from 9.5. But after upgrade, if I go to the Admin menu, Spooler - Device Management - List Printers, I receive only a blank list. Do I have to restore the printer file after conversion?.. Wade. _ Express

Eric We acquired some new printers and are busy installing them at our Various sites. We are just having one problem If I run a report from TCL to the printer, it does not do a form feed at the end of the print out, And subsequently, the new report starts printing on the same page. Any advice?
