Telathena ( http://www.telathena.com ) has various ways of connecting u2 PHANTOM jobs to inbound and/or outbound call distribution systems. Some old versions of Telathena also ran on non-u2 Pick systems, but I think that the current versions of Telathena aren't compatible with Pick/d3. For
