The danger in using an index on a translated field is if that data changes in
the translated record, the index won't be updated. I have used indices on
translated fields before with no problems. However, they were fields that would
never change, such as a person's SSN, the amount of a payment
There is a company that has an API that determines that. It will with 1 number
or a list of numbers. Don't know how well it works.

How about the other end here?
By other end, I mean this. What about someone in college or out of college
with a degree other than an IT subject or if with an IT degree or working on
one, who has been taught by someone with over 20 years of experience outside of
