Ok I'm from the last duplicate :)
I've tried kubuntu feisty herd 1 and the problem persists with my Acer AL1952 a
19 4:3 (non wide) that is recognized @1024x768x60hz instead of
1280x1024x60or75hz
Why this bug is still marked needs info? I can provide if needed.

Hi,
ofpath uses a lookup on 'Type: Direct-Access' in proc/scsci/scsi and
misses 'Type: Direct-Access-RBC' ones.

ofpath doesn't find all firewire drives.
Robert, thank you for your work on that. I don't think that the rootfs
is an issue, /proc/mounts has a such entry on my box too and the trash
works fine. Is your problem with the trash applet or with the nautilus
trash or both? Could you describe what you are doing and what is
happening exactly?
I don't actually have access to the computer at the moment. I'm moving
to Spain and it moved before me, in October...
Perhaps close the bug and I'll re-open if I find the problem persists
after updating the box (in Jan)?
