Running on Feisty, my IBM T41 laptop makes no sounds after it has re-
awakened following a hibernate. Suspending the machine and resuming it
brings back the sounds. This has to be something low level in the driver
as all the infrastructure above seems to think it is playing
Simple, it was overriding however the atheros driver funnels my network
through wifi0 (a virtual interface), essentially as best as I can figure it,
avahi was trying to funnel the traffic through ath0:avahi, while the atheros
driver was also trying to funnel it through wifi0, turning off avahi

Hi, Daniel. The patch is on upstream svn:

I just built this package in order to frafu test if the patch solves
that problem.
In a normal workflow, this patch will get in vino 2.18.1

Well when I used Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy, my USB cdrom drive was mounted to
/media/cdrom0; however, when I upgraded to Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty, my USB
cdrom now mounts as /media/[cd label].
The problem that I have with this is that /media/cdrom0 still exists
even though it is not
