I've tried to disable the desktop effects option, but have no idea how to do
so.
I restarted the computer a couple of times and have stayed away from the
desktop effects option and it seems to be working fine. If it continues to

[gutsy] resuming from suspend
Before the kernel upgrade? I believe I did have nvidia-glx before and
manually installed nvidia-glx-new, but I'm not 100% sure, because I've
changed motherboard/processor and graphics card in the meantime. I had
agp nvidia Geforce 6600GT two weeks ago and switched to pci express
NX7300GT.

I have tried installing Nvidia drivers using Ubuntu's restricted
modules, Envy and manually downloading and installing from the NVidia's

This sometimes happens... not always, but sometimes. When I press the
eject button on my cdrom player it doesn't react. When issuing the eject
commands and gnome-umount, gnome-eject and so on, I only get this in my
terminal:

After last update 2.6.22-10 kernel won't boot, it gives me a kernel panic
saying that root VFS can't be mounted.
Guys in #ubuntu+1 chan told me to post my lspci here so that you would know
what kind of controllers I'm using, so here it is:

by right, there will be a list appear, but it didnt. IE can display
