Installing the radeonhd package from repositroy into Hardy Alpha1+. The
package appears to install normally, but due to the lack of an X
configuration file, the driver is not loaded when the X server restarts.
Workaround:
Nothing has changed. My computer used to change back and forth in feisty but
as soon as I upgraded to gutsy this has happened. Is there any way that I
can roll back to feisty and reapply gutsy, as there may have been some
setting that I didn't do correctly.

The work around for me was to open System-Preferences-Appearance and
then change the Application and Window title font size to 6.

The keyboard works during BIOS startup so I can press Delete and ESC for
Boot Order and BIOS setup. When it goes into Grub, it stops working and
then when it goes to the GDM screen it works again. So it is definitely

Hooray - issue solved by update this morning!
This morning there was a Samba update to samba 3.0.27a-1ubuntu1.
After that things merged and everything works fine. I have samba installed and
my files shared.
